Going Away For A While

Well, I guess now is just about as good a time as any to do it, especially since I’ve been putting it off for the better part of a year.

I will be taking a break from ZootsBlogSpot for 1-2 months to focus on other literary projects. I’ve been able to carve out some time to put in some serious effort and trust me, I will need just that – time as well as dedicated attention.

I know that some of you loyal followers might have noticed a slight decrease in quantity and frequency of posts over the past months and for that, I apologize.

Blogging/Vlogging (Video Blogging) varies from person to person, particularly when you consider the content of their posts. Some post daily, while other crank out maybe one or two posts a week and some, a month.

There was a point when I was pumping out about 2-3 posts per week, the most being 20 in one month. But a commitment to a collaborative project has demanded that I give this project everything I’ve got. I’d hoped to finish it a few months back, but personal and professional issues have created a few stumbling blocks that prevented that.

Trust me, I’d love to tell you all about it, but now is not the time. I promise you’ll know soon enough.

In the meantime, I may post a blog or two that has been sitting in queue for later dates (like my July 26 post, “I Am A Camercenary. I Get Paid To Shoot People”, which was originally scheduled for August 19, World Photography Day).

Well, let me bring it to a close because I do believe you can talk too much just to say a little. Let me end it by saying thanks so much for your continuous love and support and I look forward to coming back strong when opportunity permits. In the meantime, feel free to look back through the old posts. As my many long-time readers can tell you, there’s plenty of madness you might have already missed. So read on! Me…?
