From Saxophone To Chaperone -aka- The Pied Piper Of Public School

… they wanted to know how I had been chosen to help chaperone but wasn’t one of the parents or teachers.

I’ve never been happy with how actors and performers are traditionally treated in Hollywood and the music industry. Particularly in music.

A list of my favorite artists in various genres.

Whether it’s classical, jazz, blues, R&B, etc, I’m dissecting each track and appreciating it for what it is.

I had not considered that I/we might stand out until we arrived and stood under the cold showers before entering the pool…

…believe it or not, I never learned guitar. I only know enough piano to arrange music for marching bands. Not well enough to perform.
